ABOUT THE SEASIDE CUT OUT CAP SLEEVE BLOUSE

Inspired by the office bound working women of 1940's this sweet semi fitted blouse is figure flattering on it's own or as a shell.  The pleated front cut out neckline creates a soft drape down the center front slenderizing the torso while adding ease across the bust. Turn this blouse around and you will see gathering across the upper back yolk and a center back pleat, both adding ease in a way that is slimming.
