This 1940's inspired women's work blouse is a semi tailored silhouette with feminine finishes such as a small puff to the sleeve and a cinched in waistline so it could be worn over a skirt or tucked in.  The attached underlining has the look of a separate camisole but is actually attached in the front to give the illusion of a double layer.
